• Morley Associates Honored as Everyday Heroes

SAGINAW, MICH. (April 23, 2015) – The American Red Cross Association has honored a group of Morley associates with its Salute to Everyday Heroes for their heroic actions in saving a coworker’s life. In October of 2014, Thomas Kamm, a Morley associate, suffered a heart attack while at work. His fellow Morley associates sprang into action, called 911 and began CPR.

Kamm’s coworkers’ quick thinking saved his life, but how did they know what to do? Earlier in the year, MMR had used Morley’s facilities to host their annual training sessions and offered the service to all Morley supervisors. It was from this training that these associates, including Lisa Mazzara, Tim Barnes, Mike McCallum and Tim Langworthy, knew just what to do to save Kamm’s life.

Kamm is continuing on the road to recovery and thankful to his fellow associates and to Morley for providing the training that saved his life.
