SAGINAW, MICH. (March 11, 2013) – Experience Works has named Morley the 2013 Champion Employer for the State of Michigan. This distinction recognizes the company’s commitment to quality hiring practices and providing an enjoyable workplace for their associates.
As Morley’s continued growth creates an ongoing need for new associates, the firm is always looking for new ways to recruit and hire talented individuals. Recently, Morley Human Resources partnered with Experience Works to develop a free, customized training program that is geared specifically toward prospective associates ages 50 and over. The individuals who participate are looking to update their job skills, and the program provides them with the necessary tools to do so. This has provided a valuable community service to the Saginaw Bay area.
Experience Works will be on the Morley campus to present the award. Local legislation and press are invited to attend and tour Morley’s growing facilities.
